International Deaf Day: Deaf or deaf on Oct 24 at 8am to 5pm we would like to invite your students to join and celebrate together our Deaf Day at Quezon City Memorial Park on October 24, 2010 from 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Please assemble at QC Memorial Park for rally parade at 7:00 am sharp and bring any slogans regarding the human rights of Deaf Filipinos. The registration fee for the participation is P 50.00.
