DLS-CSB SDEAS Representative, Raymond Manding attended the World Federation of the Deaf Youth Section (WFDYS) Youth Camp with Ex. PFDYS President Mariah Agbay in Istanbul, Turkey last July 18 to 25, 2015. And also attended WFDYS General Assembly and WFD Congress last July 26 to August 1, 2015. This video is including 50 different countries as sign language who Deaf youth campers talked about DEAF CAN!
